Many of the job opportunities at Campbell’s are seasonal to meet the needs of our peak season—spring through fall.  We rely heavily on our seasonal team to learn quickly, jumping in with two feet to serve our guests with a great smile and genuine hospitality.

Typical Positions Include:


Campbell’s Resort offers limited internships to students in hospitality and culinary programs.  Managers at Campbell’s are flexible to the specific needs of each student and work towards individualized goals.  Students fill seasonal positions and are paid hourly for their internship.

Department Position Description
River Room Spa Massage Therapist

Our Massage Therapists perform Swedish, deep tissue, and maternity massage plus an array of body treatment therapies with exceptional care for our clients.  We look for professionals that demonstrate genuine care and are friendly, conversational, reliable, organized, conscientious and self-motivated.

River Room Spa Nail Artist

Nail Artists at our day spa perform manicures and pedicures including French and Shellac polish for local and resort guests.  These therapists converse with our guests making them feel relaxed and at ease during their experience at the spa. Catering Banquets

Our Banquet Crew will be required to serve food, bus tables, set conference rooms, and provide our guests with the highest level of customer service.  Experience is preferred but, not necessary.  Banquet crew members must be outgoing, self motivated, and enthusiastic about serving our Guests.  We strive to give all our Guests an outstanding experience during their stay. Housekeeping Cart Drivers

Cart Drivers are an essential piece of our housekeeping team.  They deliver linens to and from our onsite laundry facility.  Good driving skills, a friendly personality and initiative are must haves. We are looking for self-motivated, reliable team members that are able to work over night hours.

Housekeeping Housekeeper

Housekeepers are a very important part of our hospitality team. They keep our guest rooms and public spaces clean, as well as respond to guest requests and inquiries.  This fast-paced environment is physically demanding, yet emotionally rewarding because of our guest satisfaction. River Room Spa Spa Receptionist

Spa Receptionists are responsible for interacting with guests and giving them a positive impression of the spa. They manage the flow of communication by answering phones, greeting guests, responding to inquiries and providing information about the spa. They maximize spa revenue by effectively reserving spa treatments and services professionally and according to the spa manual.  The Spa Receptionist must have strong knowledge of and a passion for all treatments and services offered.  They will coordinate work activities and guest flow within the spa. Sales and Catering Catering and Wedding Specialist

Job title:  Catering and Wedding Specialist
Reports to:  Group Sales Director  

Full time, year around position. Manage bookings, set up and execution of weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, meetings and special events including all catering events with booked groups of 24 rooms or less. Promote and facilitate re-booking of existing catering and event functions when appropriate. Develop new catering and event business through proactive sales techniques.Work with Catering and the Culinary Team to constantly improve our catering and event products and service.  Click here for details.

Front Desk Night Auditor GrandView

Our Night Auditors man the Front Desk during our evening hours.  The Night Auditor is a key team member, responsible for overnight Front Desk needs.  They verify the accuracy of guest accounts, balance charges and revenues, and assist with check-ins and guest requests.  The Night Auditor is an integral part of ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service. Maintenance General Maintenance

As a General Maintenance employee you must be enthusiastic about customer service and hold a valid Washington State driver's license, have some carpentry and maintenance skills. Knowledge of general electricity and plumbing standards with advance electricity knowledge a plus. The ability to safely operate and repair lawn mowers and small power tools and must be able to safely lift up to 50-80 pounds and carry loads up stairs and lift items overhead. Maintenance GrandView Night Security

Our Security team is made up of professionals who safeguard and protect GrandView guests.  Our Security staff is constantly on the move, ensuring the safety of all.  They are important overnight GrandView team members.  The Security team also helps enforce our quiet hours and keep the property attractive and well-maintained.  In addition, they perform maintenance for our guests during the evening hours. Click here for details.

Front Desk Assistant Front Desk Manager

JOB TITLE:       Assistant Front Office Manager
REPORTS TO:  Front Office Manager
