Seasonal Job Opportunities
Many of the job opportunities at Campbell’s are seasonal to meet the needs of our peak season—spring through fall. We rely heavily on our seasonal team to learn quickly, jumping in with two feet to serve our guests with a great smile and genuine hospitality.

Campbell’s Resort offers limited internships to students in hospitality and culinary programs. Managers at Campbell’s are flexible to the specific needs of each student and work towards individualized goals. Students fill seasonal positions and are paid hourly for their internship.

Our small team of Night Cleaners work very hard to keep our conference space and multiple kitchens sparkling clean. This fast-paced environment is physically demanding —lifting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching and climbing are performed daily. Hosts for our restaurants greet all dining guests with a friendly, warm welcome. They are organized, self-motivated and remain calm in high-pressure times. They must be comfortable starting conversations with unfamiliar people and be able to remember repeat customers. Hosts have enthusiasm for great customer service.

Runners for our restaurant deliver food orders from the kitchen to our guests. They pay close attention to details of each order, interact with our guests in a positive, friendly way and follow through with guest requests in a timely manner. This position is physically demanding—balancing and carrying large trays of food up stairs continually throughout their shift.

Campbell’s Resort is looking for energetic Food Service Manager who is passionate about delivering the best possible guest experience. This position is a full-time, year-round position. Our managers actively manage the restaurant floor and their team while the restaurant is open. They are in charge of developing our service staff and service training program to ensure we’re offering our guests over-the-top hospitality.
