Full time, year around position. Manage bookings, set up and execution of weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, meetings and special events including all catering events with booked groups of 24 rooms or less. Promote and facilitate re-booking of existing catering and event functions when appropriate. Our Night Auditors man the Front Desk during our evening hours. The Night Auditor is a key team member, responsible for overnight Front Desk needs. They verify the accuracy of guest accounts, balance charges and revenues, and assist with check-ins and guest requests. As a General Maintenance employee you must be enthusiastic about customer service and hold a valid Washington State driver's license, have some carpentry and maintenance skills. Knowledge of general electricity and plumbing standards with advance electricity knowledge a plus. The ability to safely operate and repair lawn mowers and small power tools and must be able to safely lift up to 50-80 pounds and carry loads up stairs and lift items overhead.
