Seasonal Job Opportunities
Many of the job opportunities at Campbell’s are seasonal to meet the needs of our peak season—spring through fall. We rely heavily on our seasonal team to learn quickly, jumping in with two feet to serve our guests with a great smile and genuine hospitality.

Campbell’s Resort offers limited internships to students in hospitality and culinary programs. Managers at Campbell’s are flexible to the specific needs of each student and work towards individualized goals. Students fill seasonal positions and are paid hourly for their internship.

Our Massage Therapists perform Swedish, deep tissue, and maternity massage plus an array of body treatment therapies with exceptional care for our clients. We look for professionals that demonstrate genuine care and are friendly, conversational, reliable, organized, conscientious and self-motivated.
Our Banquet Crew works hard to provide our business guests with an outstanding experience during their conference. They converse easily with new people, smile a lot, and work well under pressure. From set-up to serving food, from guest request response to tear-down, banquet crew members are energetic, reliable, self-motivated and trustworthy.

Our small team of Night Cleaners work very hard to keep our conference space and multiple kitchens sparkling clean. This fast-paced environment is physically demanding —lifting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching and climbing are performed daily. We are looking for self-motivated, reliable team members that are able to work over night hours.

Our Guest Service staff is a reliable, energetic, group of team players that are most comfortable when interacting and serving others. They converse easily with new people, smile a lot, and work well under pressure. They also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, both over the phone and in person. Problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as an attention to detail are very important to our team.

Cooks for our restaurant have a passion for delicious, consistently high-quality food. They are quick learners, are able to stay calm in high-pressure situations and possess a keen attention to detail. Our restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for resort guests and local clients.
|Maintenance||Yard Crew Supervisors|| |
Yard Crew Supervisors are responsible, customer service focused individuals who oversee and participate in daily resort clean-up and beautification. Supervisors organize special projects and provide direction to the crew for completion. They also work very closely with our guests, serving and meeting their requests/needs in a positive manner.
