The River Room Spa is located across the street from Campbell's Main Lobby on the top floor, overlooking beautiful Lake Chelan.

Reservations:

Resort guests may reach the spa by dialing extension 2007 from their room or any resort phone. A credit card or Campbell's Gift Certificate is required to secure a reservation.

Arrival:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow ample time for check in. Out of consideration of our other guests, late arrivals will not be able to receive their full service time yet remain responsible for the full service price. 

Cancellations:
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, we kindly request a 24 hour notice should you need to cancel your spa service. Guest who do not show for their appointment without proper notice will be charged the full price of their service.

Products:
Campbell's River Room Spa uses only the finest spa products including Keyano Aromatics, Stormy Mountain Soaps, OPI and CreativeSpa® manicure and pedicure line and luxurious
marine-based facial and body products from Phytomer.

Other considerations:
Please turn off your cell phone or pager prior to entering the spa.

It is customary for guests to completely disrobe for their spa services, although you may wear undergarments if you prefer. Our professional therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and preserve your modesty at all times.

We recommend leaving all valuables at home or in your room as the River Room Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged or missing items.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. Teens under the age of 17 may receive spa services with written parental consent.

Please let us know when making your reservations if you have any physical conditions, disabilities or allergies. Some services may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, have high blood pressure or are heat-sensitive.

Gratuities are not included in the price of spa services but may be given at your discretion in appreciation for exceptional service.
